Autumn is the season for harvesting. It is the season that we reap the rewards of what we have planted in the spring. It is a time to start gathering fruits and vegetables and store or preserve them for the winter months. The leaves on the trees change their color and the air is cooler.

“We have a small orchard on the grounds of the centre and we have been very busy gathering the apples this month. We are always sure to leave a few for the birds so that they too can have a nice snack.”
HSE EVE Estuary Centre is part of Eastern Vocational Enterprise (EVE) and is a training centre for individuals with intellectual disabilities based in Lissenhall, Swords, HSE Dublin North East. We provide a quality service to sixty four individuals.
