Special Olympics Mens Football League 2013/2014

Another successful football season is over and Estuary Celtic finishes in second place in the Major 2 division.

The finals were played on 25th May 2014 in Peamount football club.  Estuary Celtic was neck and neck with Sunbeam House and after a very tough game Sunbeam House came out on top. The players showed tremendous skill and determination and couldn’t have lost to a better team.

“We were delighted to get second place, our last two games were really tough and the team that won deserved it”

David Savage

“I was a little disappointed but happy for the winners all the same, we played our best and had a great fun.  I cant wait for the next season to begin”

Paddy Tunstead
